ResponsibilitySupports operations, qualification development and assessment.

A motivated IT professional specialising in data analytics, data science and IT solutions, skilled in Python, R, Tableau and Power BI, with experience in project management, training and coaching.

He holds certifications in Data Science and as a Certified Scrum Master, and has delivered projects in predictive analytics and vocational training. He is currently a Data Analyst Coach & Trainer at Just IT, and has published work on learning analytics and machine learning.

He also holds an MBA (International) from Anglia Ruskin University and is a member of BCS and Scrum Alliance.

Sadequr Rahman is a results-driven digital marketing and sales professional with over a decade of experience in digital strategy, account management and business development. He specialises in data-driven marketing, lead generation and revenue growth through SEO, PPC, social media and content marketing.

He is currently an Instructor at the Digital Marketing Institute (DMI), mentoring aspiring marketers, and Director of Digital Marketing at Vive Education Group. Previous leadership roles include Director of Sales and Marketing at Eco-Friendly Bags (UK) Ltd / Surf1stop Consultancy, and Business Development Manager at Exact Solutions UK Ltd.

He holds an MSc in Digital Marketing from the University of the West of Scotland and an MBA in International Business from Anglia Ruskin University, and is Google Analytics and HubSpot Content Marketing certified.

Md. Al Amin is an educator with over eight years of teaching experience across institutions in the UK and Bangladesh. He is currently pursuing a PhD at Queen Mary University of London on a fully funded scholarship, and holds a Master of Philosophy from the University of Dhaka.

His expertise covers contemporary information technology, with specialisms in business analytics, artificial intelligence and consumer behaviour.

He has supervised numerous undergraduate and postgraduate thesis students, authored over 20 research papers, and reviews for international journals. His research has been recognised through awards and research grants.

Ken Nunn is a Curriculum and Teaching Manager with extensive experience in engineering education and apprenticeship management, across a career spanning over 35 years.

He has coordinated and delivered education and training programmes across engineering disciplines, managed apprenticeship schemes to current standards, and been instrumental in establishing advanced engineering centres. His roles have included leadership positions in quality assurance, employer engagement and curriculum development.

His qualifications include a BSc in Technology, various engineering certifications, and specialist assessor and verifier awards. His expertise spans project management, business development and strategic planning.

Dr Murat Çolak is an academic and researcher in management and work psychology with a career spanning both academia and industry. Since March 2023 he has served as Director of AGH Business School at AGH University of Kraków, where he coordinates the Executive MBA and MBA TECH programmes.

His expertise spans work culture, human resource management, leadership and cross-cultural studies. He has authored several influential books and numerous peer-reviewed articles.

Fluent in Turkish, English and Polish, he is a recognised speaker at international conferences and a seasoned international futsal referee.

Shelley Hutchinson is a marketing and AI specialist, psychotherapist and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in digital marketing, business growth and AI-driven strategy. She has worked extensively with solopreneurs, startups and SMEs, helping them generate leads, attract clients and scale using online marketing and AI.

With an academic background spanning marketing, design, psychology and AI, she combines analytical expertise with creative problem-solving. She has led multi-platform campaigns generating over £2.5 million in sales, and hosts webinars, online challenges and marketing events.

She is founder of Client Nectar, delivering AI-powered marketing training, and serves as Marketing Consultant for Repurpose My Socials. As a qualified Psychosynthesis Counsellor, she brings a distinct communication skillset to her work with clients.

She previously served as Course Director for the BA (Hons) Fashion Marketing programme at American Intercontinental University, where she:

  • Managed a team of lecturers and ensured high-quality curriculum delivery
  • Taught key marketing and retailing courses across all levels
  • Provided academic support and mentorship to students
  • Led the redevelopment of the degree from BA to BA (Hons)
  • Oversaw programme documentation, maintained academic standards and secured degree validation

Aman Alapati is a Computer Science lecturer and data specialist with industry experience in big data technologies, machine learning and software development. He currently teaches Computer Science and Foundation IT at the University of the West of Scotland.

He holds a PGCE in Computer Science from the University of East London and an MSc in Big Data Technologies from the University of Westminster, alongside a BSc (Hons) in Computing from the University of Portsmouth. His previous role as Data Manager at the University of Westminster gave him hands-on expertise in data analytics, programming and database management.

He is proficient in Python, Java, RStudio, Power BI, Tableau and SQL, as well as Django, React Native and Node.js — combining technical depth with curriculum development and student engagement.

Amar Manzoor is a manufacturing engineering specialist with a career spanning over 22 years, with a track record in industrial project implementation, lean manufacturing and engineering education across industries, academic institutions and global organisations.

A fully qualified assessor since 2007, he has taught and assessed over 500 students under EAL qualifications, with expertise in apprenticeship training, lean methodologies and industrial development. His work has included a period as primary contractor to the United Nations for productivity and engineering education.

As founder of 7Tao Engineering Ltd he leads work on Business Improvement Techniques, process optimisation and Lean Six Sigma, with clients including Johnson Matthey, Centurion PLC, AutoGlym and firms across aerospace and automotive.

He holds an MSc in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire alongside certifications from the University of Tennessee, University of Kuala Lumpur and Rutgers University. His expertise covers ERP systems, MRP II, Total Quality Management and process automation. He is also a published author and international lecturer, with seven books and over 22 articles in 33 languages.

Hussain Muhammad Shiblee Sayeed brings over 11 years of experience in strategic marketing, corporate leadership and business development, with a focus on sales, market research and business consultancy.

He currently serves as Director of Innovative Consultancy and Trading Ltd, shaping strategic vision, sales performance and revenue expansion in the UK market — leading sales and marketing teams, establishing partnerships and developing market strategy.

He previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer at ICUK Company Ltd, where he led business growth, financial management and operational efficiency, strengthening corporate governance and expanding market influence. His expertise includes direct marketing, digital marketing, public relations and corporate branding.

He holds an MBA from the University of Gloucestershire, complemented by an Executive Leadership Programme from the University of Oxford's Saïd Business School, a University Credit Certificate in Developing Leadership from the University of Liverpool, and BTEC Edexcel qualifications in Strategic Management and Leadership.
